Urgent: Pls Help To Check My Reno Quote

Hi, I need urgent help to vet e quotation as my mom wants to start e reno by 20 Oct. We live in a 4-rm HDB and we will have both walls of our kitchen built with cabinets w counter tops - one dry pantry and one wet. Both of e same length, abt 11-12ft in length I guess?

I think it's quite overpriced but quotes frm 2 contractors were abt $27k. Pls help! Thanks!!

OMG, I did my 4 rm flat total only cost 28k plus.... Urs is far over quote..... Go look for another....

But my home's at least 15yrs now. Could it be coz of all e demolishing and rebuilding? Idk. Could u give me ur contractor's contact?

Your quote is vague, maybe can provide floor plan to see?

Carpentry is quite ex btw. Hacking and haulage also a bit ex for only 2 toilets, 1 kitchen.

Can also try to ask for more FOC for standard stuff like floor protection, install sink and basin.

Must ask ID to give quantity of each item and unit price.

They have no way to create quotations without these detail, and the reason they do not give, is suspicious.
