I intend to pay the last 5% after completion of work and that they have rectify all defects before paying them.My ID has mentioned even after the last payment is made, he will still rectify any problem I have cos he mentioned that most of the times, owners need to stay in the house and get a feel before we can provide feedback on his reno works. schiz0id 0 Report post Posted November 18, 2011 The agreement with my ID is 15, 40, 40, 5.But somehow I think he calc wrongly and we have so far paid 15, 25, 40..
