Hi, I wish to do some rewiring of my bedroom. Anyone has good LEW to recommend? (Single Bedroom)

Anyone can advise whether to do the rewiring first or do the painting of bedroom first? (old "type" HDB in Yishun)

for HDB u dont need a LEW, a electrician will do the job liao. LEW is needed for testing and the cost is high.
