MISCELLANEOUS WORKS

To supply & paint of wall & ceiling for whole house include all expose piping (original paint) - $1,050

To supply & paint existing door frame - $100

To haulage material to unit c/w debris disposal - $280

To supply labour for general cleaning whole house include acid cleaning for floor, wall & window - $200

PLUMBING WORKS

To supply labour to joint in/out let pipe for kitchen sink - $120

its very cheap, i would say TOO CHEAP. Will the ID limit yr choice of laminates? i heard of very cheap carpentry, but they limit u ALOT of things. u want nicer, they ADD-ON...... Some laminate are REAL CHEAP. Anyway, best of luck.

its called- pull long, patch short.

If job done to your liking it's cheap. I spent more than 26k re-doing 2 toilets, kitchen cabinet, polish flooring and installed light fittings, painting whole flat and cleaning.

its very cheap, i would say TOO CHEAP. Will the ID limit yr choice of laminates? i heard of very cheap carpentry, but they limit u ALOT of things. u want nicer, they ADD-ON...... Some laminate are REAL CHEAP. Anyway, best of luck.

The quote is very fair. Try to find out more about the ID, see if he/she is experienced or not...cause new IDs usually don't dare to charge ex

Also, don't hurry up and sign because its cheap. Take your time to look around.

Btw, did you just copy paste from the quotation or you type it out yourself. Because this format is really very familiar, including the lack of electrical quotes.....care to pm me the contact? Maybe its a company I know...
