Simontsh 0 Report post Posted November 7, 2011 haha thanks bro how's it going on your progress? Seems good yeah~ Now i got to change my concept as all most of the 3D provided by ID doesn't seems correct~ As my MBR toilet i found out is really small~ haha with S$1k mirror with storage charge by ID is a big not by per feet meh? mine is by per feet wor. unless u doing full height storage....i have to see what u discussed with them. perhaps u wanna list your whole quote here. easier to discuss. Terencetcw 0 Report post Posted November 7, 2011 Some appetizer for you guys to see~ Pls be reminded this may not be 100% as per my dream design..some concept is not exactly what I'm expecting. Feature is wrong- Too Small Shoe Rack design is ok but i double check the measurement it cant fix 3 door panels. so is wrong again Island Design- Look gorgeous and spacious but missing re-reinforce beam which ID make the cabinet looks longer and the Island is not "that" long! Terencetcw 0 Report post Posted November 7, 2011 MRB wardrobe + study area ok but i think there's some mis comm. between feature wall vs. TV feature wall which is customize behind my study wall with wallpaper??? another wrong MBR haha this is more ridicules. my toilet cant fit full height mirror and my piping is very big and small toilet MBR ugly piping~~Common Toilet. Wrong tiles placement~ hai...
angelbutterfly 0 Report post Posted November 7, 2011 Juz to give u some encouragement n support.. My shortlisted ID also gave me all the crapped! I nearly got heart attack when I saw my 3Ds! Well, I wasted few months wif this silly ID but I moved on... The ironic part is, I have to engage a contractor, source my own carpenter n convey what I desired to an ID for my design. My ID only drew up the tv feature wall n kitchen n I planned the rest... Somehow, ID also got some measurements wrong n carpenter has to correct them.. Hence, my conclusion is, no matter how fanciful or great the design is, it should b realistic n the carpenter must b able to build! Dun worry, u will b able to do up yr desire dream home de! Terencetcw 0 Report post Posted November 7, 2011 @angelbutterfly,Thanks for the support 3D design cost alot $$ but well...cant do much now..Practically i have a few designs and i drew out for contractor to see~ so far so good~ some design was given the contractor a shock haha "WHAA Beh Sai (cannot) la, very exp to construct haha (contractor is helping me to save cost True..all the design are based on the floor plan but it and the sales (ID) will pass down the concept to the designer to draw..any misinterpret between us and ID....3D will end up bad~ (1 chance wasted) but is okie...Haha yeah will show more upcoming design soon heheThis time round the design will be more impressive than ID hehe~ i have more daring ideas to overturn the current 3D design~

Dreaming 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2011 Y do you have to worry about the shelving mechanism? Doesn't it come with your carpentry?Your sofa looks huge btw! Got such luxury space ah?
Terencetcw 0 Report post Posted November 10, 2011 Haha previous ID say should be okCrossing fingers hope will be find do t scared me dreaming Capanter do provide notAl wooden shelving but I prefer to have pull out mechanism to place the pots n pans. For traditional ways, my mom love to chuck everything under the shelf (new pots from lucky draw... Promotion non stick pan.. End up keepin under the sink)So with pull out tray it should come in handy picking up n chucking up stuff.Oh yeah, got to discipline for keeping the spices n sources clean by inserting in the pull out tray ( or it should be called lader tray??) for clean design
