I went to Furniture Mall today, and saw the up to 70% sales, so I thought it was GSS coming soon... Hahaha... Anyway there was not much sales. I tried adjusting the room area, but difficult to get exact, n sometimes difference by 0.1m-0.5m kind..Ay, no tricks to it, just that that for HDB original floor plan, not all measurement are given. It took me 3 complete re-draw to get the actual Zhun zhun measurement.Take note of the overall measurement given by HDB. Use measurement line to indicate the entire house length, width & than adjust accordingly. Also generally those black wall, they are 200mm thick, white wall 100mm thick.
