Haha. I don't read newspapers. I went to Furniture Mall today, and saw the up to 70% sales, so I thought it was GSS coming soon... Hahaha... Anyway there was not much sales. It is almost the same price compared with the usual days.

Ay, no tricks to it, just that that for HDB original floor plan, not all measurement are given. It took me 3 complete re-draw to get the actual Zhun zhun measurement.

Take note of the overall measurement given by HDB. Use measurement line to indicate the entire house length, width & than adjust accordingly. Also generally those black wall, they are 200mm thick, white wall 100mm thick.
