Help! Spray Paint For Toilet Tiles

Hi,

need a help here.

been staying my house for 2 years.

House itself is about 8-10 years old.

The toilet tiles are from HDB and never been changed.

Started to find it getting dirty and ugly and rough.

Thought of changing the look and texture by spraying on it.

earlier ago, read a post about David from Poh Chin Enterprise at Tampines.

however,unable to get him via office number.

his old mobile phone is used by someone else now.

appreciate if you can share / advise some contact.
