Reno For 2 Bathrooms + Re-Laminate Kitchen Cabinet

Hi all, We have just brought a resale 5I and hope to reno both the bathrooms. We have obtained some quotation from ID and mostly ranging from 7-10k (only bathrooms). Appreciate if any bro/sis can share some ideas.

Also, we were thinking to re-laminate existing kitchen cabinet. is it advisable?

For relaminate, I don't think any carpenter would want to do, even if they do, your cabinet might not last long and no much cost savings, so must as well do a new one
