Overhanging Cable/cord For Hanging Stuff (Help!)

Hi all!

I currently have a mobile lamp that comes with a hook which I intend to hang on a overhanging cable/cord across my room.

Like to check if anyone knows where I could purchase a cable/cord tensioner mounts as the cable/cord will be positioned across the room. I have the cable right now but unable to find a set of nice tensioner mounts to tighten and secure the cable.

Will be great if anyone could advise me.
