Our company started to design beautiful house since 1999, we have created houses and housesthroughout the years, BUT we were so foolish to believe that our old VCR was able toRecord the design we created!On top of that, we believed that hiring photographer is the only way to get professional Photos, untill then we were frink-out by the Charges, we then decided to invest an Expensive Latest camera ourselves Forget about the Past! We are now Living in a New World with everyone holding a smart phone,we should concentrate on the latest projects, design using the latest 3D Tools, Manage the projects with the latest technologys, Present them with the lastest forum Platform!Eventually, people Loves to see beautiful House make over and so all the RT member does.Hence, we proudly present the Recent Photos taken for all your reference and commend Every projects has its own story behind the screen, with a simple story write up andalot of Photo shots as its self-explanatory, we would very much hoped to receive your high responding and attention, to make us a better tomorrow Interior Decorator Rosewood CondoThis is not the 1st house that we have created for this owner, we have designed their 1st house in woodland HDB 5 Room, No pictures taken so sorry but they expected alot morefor their 1st condo in their life, their 2 baby girls have their own rooms so everything are Cartoon & HelloKitty.The Young Couple want to live in a Luxury house so the Rest are Leather and LV..Pictures that you see are the 2nd make over on the wall paper ever since the 2 girls have grown up. Tiler Seng 57 Report post Posted September 27, 2011 (edited) 3D impression was created only after the materials confirmation, so the effect arevery much near to the actural features.The house was created about 5 years back before my journey to the commercial design field,there were a few changes after that like the TV console, wall paper etc,i had my permission to shoot the house and notice that the owner is interested to shift to a bigger house sooner, another interesting site is coming soon for our performance hee hee... Tiler Seng 57 Report post Posted October 2, 2011 A HOUSE WARMING YESTERDAY- Resort Style ApartmentOwner was very honest with me that they don't have time to look for other designerso as long we can work within their budget including lighting and sanitary ware,then this project will be mine The budget given was reasonable, after a week of calculation and floor plan proposal,he paid a sum of deposit before the drawings submitting to him.We went to Toh Tuck Rd Soon Bee Huat Tile shop, Balestier Lian Seng Hin, Hafary Tile shopto pick tiles for different area cause owner are particular determine on Tile selection,Materials has to be close to the natural source as possible, and the solid chengai timbers are used to create an Icon of the House.
