I have a washer currently and clothes are spinned dry.Anyone has any commnents on having a dryer? I heard clothes will be straighter and do not need any ironing. Not sure how true.Thanks. SiSi 0 Report post Posted September 27, 2011 I have been using a dryer for about 17 years n have not looked back. Clothes will be straighter if you remove it soon after drying process takes place. May need light ironing for cotton clothes if you prefer the 'ironed' look. Synthetics like polyester do not need ironing when hang straight after drying. Work shirts definitely need to be ironed, but then again, I dare not tumble dry the work shirts. Cotton may shrink to some extent ... but the convenience it (dryer) brings.... It is worth it !!!!!!!
