The carpenters have arrived today together with the "skeleton" of the cabinets!

Gosh! Looks like playing with LEGO or jigsaw puzzle to try and fit the whole thing in place!

Wee Kuang and I were like trying to guess which goes where....haha

Besides the cabinets, the clothes rack has also arrived!

However, due to the size of our kitchen light, the rack will be slightly below the light.

There is still a bit of gap but we have decided to see how it looks after the kitchen cabinets are all up before deciding whether or not to shift the light.

We have also decided on the solid surface to complement our kitchen cabinet :

After this morning's delight at seeing the carpenters in action, I decided to pop down again in the evening!

The kitchen cabinet is fully up including the upper cabinets!

The shoe cabinet is up too!

We also have our display cabinets cum storage at the dining area:

The excitement of seeing our house being transformed is like a drug - We keep wanting to take a look at it!

Went down again this evening and saw that the front door has been varnished. Besides that, there are a few new additions to the kitchen:

The cooker hood and hob

The dish rack

Also, the doors are being prepared for installation:

Things are moving fast! There have been quite a transformation to our flat during these few days. Hmmm....where should I start off with?

For starters the windows grilles have been installed!

The doors for our kitchen have also been installed and to top it off the solid surface is also up today!

for the efficiency!

Also, the dining display cum storage area has been done up!

Besides the grilles, kitchen and dining area, work has started on our living room feature wall...

The frame of the wardrobes in the master bedroom and bedroom have been completed too...

Guess the sliding doors will be coming soon

Lastly, the master bedroom partition has its lighting done up too...
