Jaschar83 0 Report post Posted December 28, 2011 (edited) Hi Jasmine,Congrat to your reno completion. Looks really good. BTW your mailbox full cannot PM coz want to ask you something. How is the contractor overall workmanship, esp the carpentery. Thanks, it's a simple home. With regards to workmanship, the tiler and electrical/water were acceptable, small problems here n there but in the end before handover all is rectified. We did not engage their carpentry as I had existing furniture for kids and my friend owns a furniture shop so I paid less than half if I were to customize my cabinets. Kitchen cabinets were all previous owner'sPainting was abit more disappointing but we were charged only $1200 compared to other quotes at $1700 n even $1850. but my contractor did engage them to come back two additional days to touch up before handover. On the whole we were kinda in a rush and it was peak time so my contractor said we were too anxious about the small glitches. He did attend to all our concerns quite immediately and handover the place on time. It was also my first time renovating my place so kinda kan cheong too Edited December 28, 2011 by Jaschar83
