Dear Friend,

I would strongly suggest you to engage a sub-contractor for hacking. You will find one if you google.

They charge you 40% of what the contractors generally charge. Just let them know at front that they cannot damage the window grills, bathroom window glass grill and cannot damage the doors. Ask them to guarantee that they wont damage the cornices , false ceiling if any etc. Otherwise have to pay you.
