Air-Con System 4

Hi dear all forumers, I am new here but not that new cause I have been monitoring this forum for the past couple of months and all the informations that I have gathered here are fanstastic.

I will need a system 4 air con for one living room and three bedrooms. Will need advise on which brand should I go for, what materials should i ask for, inverter or non-inverter system. I am not into air-con so will need some professional suggestion from this forum.
