To Opt For Hdb Doors Or Not

any idea if HDB doors cost more than if we will to get them from private suppliers?

coz HDB doors are fire resistant and they can last for ard 20 yrs so wonder if we will to get from private suppliers will they cost more. For those doors from private suppliers price inclusive of door handles?
