Quite disappointed with the logistic.

I personally requested for 2 deliveries to fit my reno schedule:

1) First delivery. Requested for delivery in the sat morning, but was rejected firmly because delivery to punggol area only in the evening slot. However they came in the morning on the actual day, but I'm not in. Almost need to rush there, but lucky got workers around to receive on my behalf... still not so bad. Reason given: Already knew about the change the day before, but forget to inform us the changes. -_-"

2) Second delivery. Never check item before delivery, so in the end, delivered a KDK stand fan with wrong color. I rejected the item, but they inform me to wait for 1 mth due to out of stock?! (and I actually ordered it quite sometimes ago). Reason given: KDK got no stock for my preferred color hence despatch the another color - not very professional to send wrong item on purpose (really by KDK?). -_-""

I'm sorry regarding the misunderstanding on the delivery.

With regards to you 1st delivery, punggol is scheduled in the evening from the Rinnai agent, therefore we have to follow according to the schedule. As we know that you wanted an early slot, we specially send a team to deliver for you in the morning, not knowing you wasnt around, therefore we didnt collect payment.

As for the second delivery,the color for the KDK standing fan was not stated in the invoice, therefore my delivery make a mistake and delivered the wrong color.

It's our mistake for not checking the color with you, so you are right to reject it.

However, as the color is not available from the KDK agent, therefore we are unable to send it to you. We will surely send it over to you once the stock arrive.

Lastly, thank you for the comment, i will take note and improve so as to better serve the rest.
