airconlin 0 Report post Posted September 14, 2011 I checked here,http://www.eyair.com/BTU's%20CALCULATOR.htmIt looks like for a 10 sqm common room, 5000 BTU is more than enough, however, in the Singapore air conditioner market, some major brands like Mitsubishi, Panasonic, the minimum indoor unit is 8000 to 9000BTU, I only find LG has smaller model of 6500BTU, but not sure is it wise to choose the low BTU one, it definitely save a lot of electricity, however if the cooling power is not enough later, it become a big issue, need professional advise, thanks! It only need 5K to 6K is enough, am I right?By the way, I just found that Mitsubishi also has 5K to 6K small indoor units, like MSY-GE10VA Edited September 14, 2011 by airconlin
