myorangeclam 0 Report post Posted September 13, 2011 Hi all, we've been having trouble getting approval from HDB to replace the full height windows at our point block resale flat. We have just been informed that there's a lengthy process, involving the BCA (Building & Construction Authority). Our renovation is otherwise almost completed, and we've replaced all our other casement windows, so this is really messing up our schedule.
