To be honest, i did not expect things to be so tedious... So far only visited 3 IDs and waiting for their proposals, also planning to visit 2 more IDs for more designs, as i am completely clueless.. haha 1) Summit Design Studio - Marcus Pee (Enthusiastic Fellow) 2) Baroque D.zign - Andy Yeo (Experienced and "cool" guy)3) Plush Living - Eryx Tan (Quite patient) Looking also at Ideal House and DX Interior. I am just planning to fix up my living room, both toilets, MBR and kitchen. Most IDs rough gauge was around 25k.I have a colleague who just did her 4 room @ 28K, including hacking of walls. I am engaged Summit Design Studio (my ID is Ben Yeo, projected cost $17k, mainly for carpentry works),sastified with him so far. You may also get a quote from Mr Tang (96526599)from Dennis ID & General Contractor. Met him and visited his current project at 3rd floor. Am pending for the HDB contractor to justify the defects, hopefully can start work by early Oct ^^Happy renovation to all of us! Decide to give it up during the appointment day for some reasons.Now enjoying my stay in resale unit, otherwise will be still cracking brain now if having to wait for sapphire bto.Take your time to shortlist the contractor. I have collected my keys end of Sept blk 270A and just confirmed my ID/Contractor (ID Inspiration - Chng Poh Guan) last weekend. Will able to see my floor plan design by this weekend. Have installed aircon yesterday and arrange citygas to do piping tomorrow. I heard from Ben that he got another job which is also in Punggol Sapphire, so r u the one who is going to renovate the 4 rooms for 40k? Maybe i am wrong.Already started and had paid Summit for 3rd phase renovation works. Had installed my TV console, kitchen/shoe cabinet & wardrobe today.
