I always have problem screwing on a wall tap (e.g. For water hose or washing machines) and when fully tightened, it does not face down, instead it's off-angle.I tried putting more rubber washer or increasing the thickness of the white tape but to no avail.Any tips from fellow DIYers ?Thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

ben263 0 Report post Posted September 14, 2011 You've got it right...That's all you need to do....rubber washer normally put in 2...White teflon tape use ALOT!!!you'll get the alignment in a few tries...Hopefully this is a simple question.
