snoopy2006 0 Report post Posted September 8, 2011 Town council man arrange to check my house window and said my window failed cos without the angel strip.So i need to get a contractor to do it and contractor will provide me with the FORM B for me to submit.He then recommded me his contractor saying the cost is cheap. Less then $200 ! I said my buyer's will be renovating the whole place when they move in. Still have to fix??? He said is a MUST.. snoopy2006 0 Report post Posted September 8, 2011 Anyone had experience to get the buyer's to write a letter saying they will change the window & window grill during the renovation?So that me the Seller's no need to employ the contractor to fix the angel strip' & pay $180/- !
