Storage Cabinet Underneath Built-In Oven

Hi, will be having a tall cabinet for my built-in oven and needed some advice here. As it's my first time owning a built-in oven, may I know will the cabinet (the oven is tabletop height) under the oven be warm when using the oven? I am thinking of having pull out drawers for storing cooking/baking condiments but not sure if the heat from the oven will be too warm and thus not suitable for storing food items there? Can someone please enlighten? Thanks in advance!
