Installing Bathroom Rails And Hooks - Looking For Contractors

I am going overseas and will be intending to buy some bathroom towel racks and hooks (because cheaper and more design varieties), and hoping to look for a contractor who can do a good job and charge good rates for installation.

Anyone know of any contacts and can offer some advice?
