Cavie 0 Report post Posted October 9, 2011 I will be at blk 772. I need to get ID fast as i shd be able to start the reno sometime in mid nov.My ID confirms my full height windows in the living room cannot be changed to other colour so no point changing for other rooms already...Love your pole system WIW. I am planning to have an open WIW (not the pole system kind) next to the toilet but friends advise against the idea as they say sure have "humidity" problem.. But i will still go ahead lah.Look forward to more pictures of your renovation.jcongrats on ur purchase!! between u have yet to go for 1st appt, already have ID? thats fast! on a separate now, as extracted from the permit (prior to this, i didnt know that change window also need permit) -"Advisory Note: To preserve the aesthetic appearance of the block, you are advised to replace the windows with similar colour scheme and proportion as the orignal HDB window design."they stated that it is advised, not a must. so no worries! between i see many other units around the area with white windows too.so which block will u be at? snaem85 1 Report post Posted October 16, 2011 (edited) dropped by to see the progress of renovation. surprised to see a tiler working on a sunday. nonetheless, the aircon pipes are up! not forgetting the kitchen & toilet tiles. can't wait to move-in though i think only about 30% of reno are done. more headache awaits! :dribble: tiler working solo on the living room tileslove the design tiles in the toilet. don't mind the ugly water pipes tho!messy messy wirings and aircon piping. can you imagine if there is no false ceiling?gas piping Edited October 16, 2011 by snaem85
