some light preview... after electrician help me to rush into the night time... I think some of the bulb are too bright and may try experimenting with different tone of brightness, especially my peca ilum.

I bought my brass chandelier from a shop along balestier, the white birdcage is DIY and the peca is online....

I agree the peca ileum is too bright... Def needs to be dimmer. What light bulb are you using?

I am using a 21 watts warm white energy bulb. Think i too kiasu already, afraid that area will not be bright enough.... think i will settle for a 11w/13w bulb from ikea.... and try again... thanks

hmm if you don't mind the cost, you maybe can look at Philiphs EasyScene dimmable bulbs which comes with remote control feature.

available in 15W or 20W and Warm White & Cool Daylight, starter packs goes for 100++ for 2 bulbs+1 remote
