Actually i just need help with carpentry work and repaint the whole house.

Will use the existing wardrobe after looking at how expensive wardrobe is!

2. to supply materials and labour to lay protection paper $200

3. To supply materials and labour to conduct chemical and general cleaning $200

Masterbedroom

4. Feature wall in wall paper 51sqt at $28 $1428

5. Writing table c/w side drawer cabinet 4.5ft at $150 $675

6. Setee c/w cushion 9.5ft at $180 $1710

Living Room

7. Feature wall in wall paper 51sqft at $28 $1428

8. TV console c/w storage in laminated finish 6ft at $150 $900

TOTAL $6541

TOTAL with GST $6998.87

Please give me some advice. Can carpenter do the work for lesser amount?

yes included in the quotation. Whats the normal/basic price for wallpaper? Thanks.

Thats why I think the quotation seems over expensive.
