Please Help Take A Look At This Quotation

First time doing reno thus not very familiar with the "market price". Here's a quotation i got for renovating a 4rm premium flat. Basically, need help in justifying whether this is a reasonable quote.

PART 1: PACKAGE

A MASONRY AND FLOORING WORKS

1 Supply & construct cement mortar base for kitchen cabinet c/w tiling

2 Supply & construct cement mortar base for fridge c/w tiling

3 Supply & construct cement mortar base for washing machine c/w tiling

B CEILING AND PAINTING WORKS

1 Supply & install L-box or false ceiling Living area

2 Supply & install L-box or false ceiing at Dining area

3 Supply & install flat false ceiling at bedroon passageway

4 Supply labour & material to paint whole unit

C PLUMBING WORKS

1 Supply and extend stainless steel piping for kitchen

2 Supply and lay outlet piping for washing machine

3 Supply and lay outlet piping for kitchen sink

4 Supply labour to install two instant water heater

5 Supply labour to install two sets of bathroom accessories

6 Supply labour to install kitchen sink and tap

D CARPENTRY WORKS

1 Design, fabricate and install 20ft kitchen cabinets in laminate finish c/w ABS trimming

2 1 no. of chrome dish rack

3 1 no. aluminium framed frosted glass door

4 1 no. of cutlery tray

5 3 sets anti-slam for kitchen drawers

6 Supply and install 10ft solid surface worktop

7 Supply labour to install cooker hob and hood

E MISCELLANEOUS WORKS

1 Protection of flooring with corrugated cardboard

2 chemical wash for whole unit

3 General cleaning upon completion of works

4 Transportation of building material to and from unit

Include Fujitsu 3-in-1 split air con

PART 2: ADD-ONS

A HACKING WORK $450.00

1 To supply material & labour to hack half wall between kitchen and dining (7ft)

B MASONRY WORKS $410.00

1 To supply material and labour to construct kerb at MBR bath and bath 2

2 To supply material and labour to patch up and make good damage area after hacking

C GLASS WORKS

1 To supply and install 1 no. of tempered glass swing door (10mm thick) shower screen at MBR bath - $500

2 To supply and install 1 no. of L shaped tempered glass sliding door c/w frame (10mm thick) shower screen at bath 2 - $750

3 To supply and install fixed glass between kitchen and dining (7ft) - $1120

D GRILLES WORKS

1 To supply and install 1 no. of aluminium powder coated glass sliding window at yard (7ft) - $620

2 To supply and install aluminium powder coated sliding window grilles ****, bedroom 3, bedroom 2, master bedroom, a/c ledge and yard - $2050

errm if u gt plenty of $$ that ok.. else skip some of the base... but overall see xpensive!!

the kitchen and living room door.. so X... what material... seriously u should get more quote!ID definitely.. moore. xpensive.. ask urself are all he quote what u wan>

Any idea whats the average price?? And how is it usually calculated??

For wardrobe, It is usually calculate by ft run.

1 ft range from $180 to $260 depending on what type of laminate you choose.
