user123 5 Report post Posted August 26, 2011 Hi,I need to put up a casement aircon. My window is push-out type, so it does not have a railing to hold the aircon rack. The only place to use, is to sit on the sliding grill. It's a 2-piece grill, means if I were to put the aircon on one side, then both grill have to move to the other side permanently and I cannot access to the window, which happent to be a place to hang out laundry. So I have to remove both moving grill, leaving the grill frame intact for the aircon to sit on it.Question is, how to I take out both grills from the frame? I see only rivets but no screw openings. If I need to remove these rivets, how do I remove them? Thanks for the help.
