Who Can Repolish Kitchen Countertop Solid Surface?

My kitchen countertop is a white coloured solid surface type and some parts have yellow stains. Even the sink part has some brown stains as the sink is also made of the same material (one whole piece with the L shape countertop). Also some minor scratches here and there. I'm hoping I can get it repolished/sanded so that I don't have to replace the whole thing. Does anyone know if any companies or contractors can do this? Must be specialist (e.g. kitchen counter supplier) or can any contractor do it with a sanding machine?

try to look under your solid top for the brand and google it, for the SG company that sells the brand.

Can we do the polishing ourselves ? Buy a Black and Decker Sander and stick in a sand paper ? I see that's that the Solid Top people do. But I don't know what grade of sand paper to use ... any ideas ?
