It's a 149 Square meters. Fairly reasonable size.

hi LiquidMod,

Wow, what happened to your floorplan? Kenna crumpled by ID bcos you reject him? :D

On a more serious note, to me, your kitchen wall is screaming "hack me!". Is there an open concept kitchen coming up?

Also a bigger MBR to accommodate a WIW perhaps?

The layout has a lot of potential, that's the good thing about EA. *envy* :)

Oh lovely! I love big spaces... I think if my place has this layout I would:

- relocate the storeroom and convert the space to part of my WIW.

- build a new storeroom near the kitchen... possibly build a maid's room if I need that...

- relocate the toilet door to be nearer the other bedrooms if there are no pipes that will block the new door.

- create an open concept kitchen for a big huge space along with the dining and living room

- install some glass at the study wall (if it's gonna be a study) to visually make the space look even bigger.

Looking forward to your plans and final result. :yamseng:

5RM to EA, nice.

Your old house is going to be hard to beat. Are you still staying there? Any foto of your 'old' kitchen, MBR toilet?

The 'old' reno experience is going to be put to good use for your new place.
