Today we met up with our Interior Designer (Vanesse)to choose floor and wall tiles at Soon Bee Huat which is located at Toh Guan Road. Its a big showroom with lotsa lotsa choices of tiles!! We are able to make our choices for the Living Room and Kitchen Tiles, but had difficulty in finding the right match for our Master Bathroom floor and wall tiles! All because of the tiles we wanted was out of stocks, so in the end, we have chosen another series to replaced.

Expected Date of Start Work: 20 July 2011

Current Processes:

1) To get Renovation Loan from either RHB Bank or Maybank

2) To get prices for Air Cons from Gain City

Now we are seeing some real progress!! Day of renovation had started!! it's everything we had been waiting for.. :dancingqueen:

We had thought of Walk In Wardore but the only way for us to do it, is to hack the adjacent bedroom wall and combined them to make one big Master bedroom. Based on the needs, our ID had came out a very fantastic layout for us. :good:

* refer to the 2D drawing

Due to budget constraint, we recycle the doors for the bedrooms :dribble:

Initially we wanted to build this design at the door step as we saw it at one of our neighbour's unit. However ID suggested to remain it as original shape, cos is not approved by HDB and we might need to re-build back in future when selling. :furious:

Not only that, to have this to be built it would cost us 300 plus.. :jawdrop: so ended up we had scrap the idea.
