say is easy, to get it done its not. mine is 10ft with 5ft for dining and 5ft for storage. I also find its a bit too small but then cannot make it any bigger or else no space to walk.

Of cos onsite measurements are impt too. Also, certain planning gotta wait for other stuffs to be in place before deciding, so dat we can gauge the actual measurements n the practicality onsite.

It's the layout of the flat too. If the length max is 18ft, how can put 15ft then only 3ft for both side. So not measurement that are most important.

Sigh the only reason mine is 2 piece the staircase and lift going up to my flat is too narrow to accommodate the large single piece... Sigh...

Next week will be doing the final touch-up, installations of all the minor works for the carpentry & table tops. After dat final chemical wash & can hand over the hse le.

Furnitures delivery will be next weekend. Yet to scout for suitable dining chairs & balcony chairs/table for my cosy/smoking corner tho..
