Rover 0 Report post Posted December 14, 2012 (edited) Interim updates:Works were slightly delayed last few days cos of overloaded year-end projects by the contractors. Nonetheless, full steam ahead from today onwards as priorities has been set forth for my hse. Within the next two weeks, flooring will be completed, followed by plastering. Already confirmed aircon positionings today and electrical wirings & power/lighting points will commence on the 3rd week. Still on schedule to handover the hse by mid-Jan.Draft sketch of MBR: Edited December 14, 2012 by Rover

Rover 0 Report post Posted December 14, 2012 wow nice progress! just realised u manage to hack off a large piece of wall between ur living and smaller bedroom! Your MBR has a walk in wardrobe?Wah.. pics so obvious but yet nw then u realised.. ~shake head~ Hahaha...Ya,hacked off the living room/common bedroom to widen the living room. The storeroom was also hacked to combine the space into the MBR. No walk-in wardrobe. Juz a typical L-shape wardrobe combined wif a study desk.

I thought it was impossible but you did it! Can I ask where are you intending to put the sink?I'm not the first one to do combined toilet The sink will be at the common toilet, juz aft the entrance. I'll be using PD door for the common toilet, opening outwards so dat the door will not block the sink. As for my MBR toilet, it'll only be used purely as shower area. A glass door will be used as entrance frm the MBR.One impt thing to note: pl check wif the plumber on whether there's any issue wif the re-routing of pipes/air vents (if there's any in-between the walls.
