Recently obtained a quotation but I am not sure what to look out for and whether the prices are reasonable. Will appreciate any advice that can be given.

Demolition Works

1. Hack off existing wall at balcony. $ 450.00

2. Hack off existing floor tiles at balcony floor. $ 200.00

3. Hack off existing wall tiles at balcony wall. $ 300.00

4. Hack off existing floor tiles at kitchen floor. $ 550.00

5. Hack off existing wall tiles at kitchen wall. $ 650.00

6. Hack off existing sink & stove support at kitchen area. $ 100.00

7. Dismantle existing kitchen cabinets at kitchen area. $ 100.00

8. Dismantle existing built-in cabinet at foyer area. $ 100.00

9. Dismantle existing built-in wardrobe at study room & bedroom. $ 300.00

10. Remove existing TV console & cabinets **** room. $ 350.00

its a 5 room flat. Existing flat in which I have been staying for the past 10 years but the previous renovation was horrible. so thus renovation works now...
