Repairing Sliding Window

I am looking to repair (preferred) or change the frame and railing of my sliding window as they had worn off. I do not plan to change the window glass.

My window has 3 glass pane each about 126 (H) x 101 (W). Need help to know if anyone has done this and how much do they cost?

You can contact the company or person that made those windows. You can ask them to change the framing of it and just use the same window. I think the cost is much lower that the first time you bought those windows.
