Newbie In Property Industry

Hi all,

Recently, I was taking up RES course in order to join property industry.

I am wondering after I become a agent, where can get houses to rent, to sell and to buy for the customers?

If after joining a property agency, will the team leader or manager give us any exisitng houses in their listing to help them to sell?

Or I have to be all alone?

Really hope to hear some precious advice, comments and opinions from you guys.

Different leaders work in different ways,

some just recruit you then leave you alone to sink or swim,

most will teach you how to find your own customers,

some may share some of the listings they are working on with you to give you some experience at the start,

my own personal experience is it is better to focus on an area & find your own customers, real estate is a business, you need capital & time to buildup.

with all due respect, i think he is asking advice on how to reach out to his potential customers and etc... And not asking about the motherhood attributes which i believe he knows much better than most of us here since he has already taken the first big step in taking up the course. =)

Like that Ar, then after the CEA course, should further study the sales & marketing course,to know and apply:

Just to name a fews:

Create awareness

Product mix,

Marketing 4 Ps

Market segmentation

Many the Ps,Ss, Ls.....

After that, further study business law, understand gov bodies' functions (BCA, URA, CEA,JTC,NEA,HDB,PWD.........)

To get ppls and let ppls know you, only one way: through A & P.
