GusRUH 1 Report post Posted July 20, 2011 Hi members,I have not painted my 5 rooms flat at Woodlands eversince my contractor did it during renovation in 1996. I was thinking of painting my whole house this year but unable to decide whether to DIY or engage a contractor. I am 45 years old and don't know whether I still have the energy for such job. I was skeptical on engaging a painter as I had seen my neighbour house painted by them and leaving lots of messed.Anyone here with experience painting a 5 rooms flat could give me a tips and advice for me. Thank you.

stardust205 0 Report post Posted July 22, 2011 I just painted my own house. It is tiring work, esp the ceiling. If you're unsure whether your fitness can take it, can try out one room by urself first Also better to have someone whom has experience in painting, to be your guide.
