Hi. Anyone out there installed this product? I would like to know if it is easy to maintain? Can I take it down regularly to flush it in the bathroom? Does it cut off any wind or breeze thus making the rooms stuffy? Worry about outbreak of dengue.

Pro:

cut out insects n lizards from entering ur home

protect ur interior from dust

Cons:

blocking wind from outside

trap dust n u will be getting lazy to wash it.

if u take off too often, the flexible magnetic strip will break, and the netting will break off from the sides.

replacement is **** expensive!

I agree that it does block some wind but it also trap dust from the outside. Yes you can take it down to wash. I've been using it for 6 months, the net does not come off easily & magnetic strips does not break easily. It is not as fragile ....

Yes I am the seller of one such product & I have this installed in my HDB flat. I still get wind, I have to wash it regularly but I don't get surprise visitors flying in when I'm watching TV.
