Laminate Wood, Parquet Or Engineered Wood?

Recommended Posts

Hmm, I did a search and noticed many home owners in renotalk use laminate wood for their flooring. Is there any significant advantage compared to parquet?

There's also engineered wood but I haven't read anyone choosing this. Any reason for not using it?

Thank u!

I am using the Resilient floor...so far no problem and minimal maintenance as it is waterproof...

'Resilient floor' = vinyl floor

Pros - waterproof, no expansion joints

Cons - bad for health as it outgas throughout it's lifetime, possible cause of cancer, birth defect, etc :notti:
