Jerry123 0 Report post Posted July 13, 2011 Just purchase an EA in teck whye, floor plan as below.currently looking for renovation contractor for our house ^^.Floor size: 146sqm.The ex-owner knock off the study room and now the living room + study room + dining room is through and very big.We are thinking of building back the Study room so we will have 4 bedrooms. Move the 4th bedroom/study closer to the other bedrooms. Additionally, I will open up the wall between the kitchen and the living room and maybe close the one opposite the bedroom door.Initially i thought of this also, to have a open concept kitchen also.will do this in future, now also do a budget renovation for the time being.
