You need to engage Professional Engineer (PE) if need structural alteration. Very expensive lah!If normal renovation, there is no reason to buy these plans. I didn't know it was so difficult to get hold of this info. Basically I was just trying to plan my air-con trunking route myself and can't really recognise the ceiling beams from the rest of the walls.
