Hi. Newbie here. Planning major reno of whole flat this year. Need info on Faith Coat Product. Anyone out there has this for past years? Want to know performance - ease of maintenance, any mould occurring, wear and tear fromm daily use, damage from accidents? Trying to save money on bathrooms and kitchen flooring and walls.

had it for around a year, so far so good. But not long enough to comment on durability.

after painting the bathroom floor, the area which gets wet needs to be scrubbed. Mine is black in colour, so cannot see mould.

But we can feel the floor a bit smooth or slimy, then we scrub.

walls are white, and mould comes off easily. For dry areas, no mould at all.

Maintenance wise, super good. Dirt and mould comes off easily, and no tile grout to deal with. (i only sprayed one bathroom floor, so i can compare)

i had some issues with them on their work earlier, they painted the toilet pipes but did a half past 6 job, wasnt happy with that but at that point i was too bogged down with reno stuff that i just wanted to get it over and done with.

i bought a resale flat with my bro 7yrs bk with move in condition except the white flooring of both toilets are seriously scratched & stained. We had not much savings that time so can't afford to change the tiles. We were happy to find the coating solution which cost us less than $500 for both toilets at that time.

I am not sure whether the job was done by FC bcos I wasn't bother to remember the name that time. But FC's show unit at expo that I visited 2 mths ago was almost same like the display of the contractor we visited at expo 7yrs ago! Even the type of coat we chose were still on display. Ha...so I believe they are the same person.

Been using it for 7 yrs now. The outlet piping of my washing machine join to my common toilet.Dirty water run over the flooring everytime when we wash clothes so the floor gets dirty easily. I have to scrub it about 2~4 times per mth. It is almost in the same condition for over the 7yrs. We r really happy with this product bcos it is cheap & gd. I am consider doing it for my new house later if needed.

hope mine can last that many years as well! :)

now certainly $500 is not enough. Maybe just nice for one HDB toilet floor only.

Costwise, i think its around the same as overlay of tiles, but cheaper than hacking and re-tiling.

Benefit wise, easier to maintain than tiles.

Faith Coat looks good for my 18years old flat which I intends to sell before I gets my new flat in 2015.

Spoke to the uncle at the expo whose name is Frankie, and the quote is affordable.

Do you mind sharing the latest price?

How much do they charge for one toilet wall?

Thanks.
