xtac 0 Report post Posted September 5, 2011 Can i check with you, for your LED lights, are they actually brig enough to light up your rooms? I went to a couple of lighting shops and they all said that LED lights are not as bright as T5 lighting when it comes to lighting up a room hence the place will look dimmer when using LED lights unless you are using a lot of LED lights to light up a room. Is that true?

Is that true? The LED square ceiling lights on my photos are bright enough to light up my bedrooms, no issue at all. But you mention about T5, are you looking at having cove lights in your bedroom or bed head? If you compare T5 led and plc, plc seems brighter, reason is projection angle if light of led is narrower. Then again, need to see how big a room we are looking at too.
