Very very nice views u have! *envy* :dribble:

How I wish I have such views as well!!

Nice to hack off all and redo new ones. Unlike me, having trouble what to keep, what to go.. :bangwall:

Anyway, good luck on ur reno! :yamseng:

Actually I did not really hack off anything much. This is one of the most original HDB flat you can find in this area. The whole house not renovated at all. Everything in the house is either build by HDB (e.g. Toilet and kitchen tiles) or buy off the shelf. Even the flooring is just plain cement screed which has started to crack here and there over the years. This is one of the reason I picked this flat, it is as good as getting a new flat, strat everything from scratch with minimal hacking of old stuff. :yamseng:

A very eventful and tight scheduled Thursday, 04 Aug. Tiler will be in, Gain CIty installing Air Con, Wiring man trying to complete his work, OPennet to install the cables. All these in a day....PHEW.. :sport-smiley-003:

Air Con Installed by Gain City. Despite many negative feedbacks I read RT, I had a smooth and punctual installation. My ID was late, the gain city staff waited for him to arrive patiently, then discussed with us the location for the fan coils, the trunking, how it will be condusive for servicing.

Opennet, previous owner missed the free installation, now I have to pay :furious: .......originally can only install earliest end of the month, somehow, I manage to have it installed on Thursday.

My 5 year old panasonic plasma died on me.. :jawdrop:

Went to best denki changed order, to Samsung and add another below $800 panasonic plasma. Ordered tv console from Cellini, cannot cancel order now. No choice got to but a tv to replace ..... Budget tight cos did not factor the need for another tv :bangwall:

Anyway, my new Samsung tv..
