Hi,

Anyone used Excel soft close drawer mechanisms? It's quite cheap but my contractor says there are a lot of complains about the quality.

Appreciate if anyone can share their feedbacks here!

For those who are looking for Blum equivalent, Hettich and Grass are also world-class brands:

Do some apple to apple comparison. :yamseng:

Eermm... Anyone knows? What's the difference in price?

Also, for the drawer runners...I gather that the ones for the kitchen are more expensive?

I am using piano finished high gloss drawer with blum runner & paid $650 each.

They told me 1 blum runner costs more than $100?

I could have chosen laminated drawer but Piano finished looks more classy.

It all voices down to individual & budget.

Hi, need advice here. I was quoted Blum drawers in my renovation contract, but when renovation completed, I realized they were not Blum drawers. Upon questioning the contractor, he said the drawer runner tracks were Blum. He said building the wooden drawers plus using Blum runner tracks is actually more expensive than using the Blum drawers themselves.

Is this true? Or should I insist he change all my drawers to Blum ones?
