Drexter 0 Report post Posted July 12, 2011 (edited) Just one year and the soft-closing effect isnt working anymore?!That's pretty bad. I was told by Excel staff that DTC is a new brand that their company carries in Singapore. True, we wouldn't want to be changing the runners every year.. =xI had told my ID to use BLUM for my kitchen drawers, with a $200 top-up. Drexter 0 Report post Posted July 15, 2011 can let me know where u get your joven water heater/also how did you make the decision for blum over excel or samsung ?BLUM is definitely a more prestige brand over the others. From what the members said, they have 20 years warranty period. Excel only gives 1 year warranty I think. And nobody wants their drawers to be changed after 1 years, its a hassle to change after everything is in placed.Joven Heater gotten from Hong Liang Electrical Enterprise at Alexandra Village. 62736109

missho 0 Report post Posted July 21, 2011 Hi! I've been to excel showroom the other to check out their DTC runner, I've checked with their staff there and they told me the warranty of their drawer runners is lifetime. If there's any circumstances of the drawer runner they will provide the service.. Very fair !

But dare not take the risk as changing drawers runner is more troublesome than hinges. These are new products in Excel. Will wait for more reviews.
