Can I refinance the bank loan on my current flat and apply for an HDB loan?[ Living in HDB Flats > Servicing Your Mortgage Loan > Mortgage Loan Payments ] A: If you have taken bank loans for the purchase of your flat, you cannot refinance the bank loan with a HDB loan, whether you are a Singapore Permanent Resident or a Singapore Citizen.
