"What" to audit comes first.

- landform, qi flow, color, wu xing setup,lighting, positioning of so many things....xuankong technique....

- Question come: posible to do all these while ex-owner/tenant are in? No reno yet.No positioning of these & that...

My answer : "others".

We just had our fsm over to our "soon-to-be" house just this past Sunday. And this is even before our first appointment. We needed him there because the timeline for us to do renovation is very tight. We are doing an "overhaul" thus thought it necessary to have him in early. The owner was very understanding.

As long as the owner is okay with it, it shouldn't be much of a problem. :good:

Most people in order to sell their house will be nice enough to let the potential buyer check and visit again. If house owner don't alow...then ahem...

We managed to get the flat owner permission ... tmr fengshui audit... very nervous like going for an examination, butterflies fluttering in stomach

hehehe

Well.. survived thru our first audit... not much comments from Fengshui master which mean good bagus, no need to spend many $$$$ for reno :sport-smiley-004:

2nd step = find reno id :P

You mean your feng shui master ask you no need to reno???!!! Hope your ID don't become your feng shui master :sport-smiley-004:

Need to seek advice again: 2nd appt end of October 2011, tenant move out, house empty, if bring reno contractor to the house, can it consider, me = going to be new owner first day open door to my soon-to be- house????
